Please Email/Call/Text Us to initiate the process.
For Return/Exchange, Following Conditions have to be met:

  • You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will have to Courier it back at Our Office Address as will be mentioned on the label of the package.

Replace/Exchange/Refund

Once we receive it back, we will inspect the product and after assurance, we will initiate Exchange or Refund.

In case of Return, We will dispatch your order immediately after inspecting the returned product and we will bear the re-shipping cost from our pockets. 

In Case of Refund, We will initiate Refund in your Wallet (Paytm/Googlepay/Phonepe) or Bank Account as chosen by you, immediately after inspecting the returned product 

Please Note: In case of Refund, We will deduct shipping and COD Charges (If Applicable) and remit the remaining amount.
Refund will be initiated only in case the product was received with an opened seal, or different/defective product was delivered. 

In case any defect noticed while Inspection of the Returned Product, the return will not be processed.
